Passed away peacefully in Hospital, on January 11, 2017.

Loving Husband of Gwen and Father to Lynne.

Will be so sadly missed by all of the Family.

The Funeral Service is to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Monday, January 30, at 1.30pm.

At Geoff's request no mourning clothes and Family flowers only.

Donations gratefully received to Ward A14, at New Cross Hospital, for their excellent care towards Geoff.
