Suddenly passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2016.

Aged 79 years.

The Funeral Service is to be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, at 1pm.

Nick will be very sadly missed by Wife Jenny and his Children Rachel, David and their Families.
