Requiem Mass at St Mary's theMount Catholic Church, Glebe Street, Walsall, on Friday, March 30, 2012, at 11.30am, followed by Cremation, at Streetly Crematorium.

Family flowers only, donations to Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.
