Passed away peacefully at Russells Hall Hospital on February 3, 2012, aged 70 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Thursday, February 16, at 2.10pm, followed by Burial at Gornal Wood Cemeteryat 3pm.
