Passed away peacefully on Friday, January 27, 2012, aged 92 years, with her Family at her side, after a short illness bravely borne.

Devoted Mom of Ian, Heather and Stuart, loving Mother-in-law to Bernie, Peter andVicky, proud Nan of Andrew, Katherine, Neil, Laura and Elizabeth and delighted Great-Nan of Charlie.

Reunited with Dad. Mom and Dad leave us with happy memories to treasure forever.

Funeral Service on Thursday, February 9, 2012, 2.45pm, at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel. Mom requested that no black be worn please.

Family flowers only, donations if desired in Irene's memory accepted by the Family for The Stroke Unit Trust Fund in recognition of the wonderful care Mom received at New Cross Hospital.

'As the shades lengthen and the evening shadows fall, the fever of life is over and her work is done'.

Resting now in peaceful eternity.
