Peacefully passed away on November 15, 2015, aged 80 years.
Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Thursday, December 10, at 11.40am, followed by Interment at Gornal Wood Cemetery.
Flowers welcome from all or donations in lieu gratefully received for Macmillan Nurses.
