Passed away peacefully on December 20, 2011, aged 88 years.
Beloved Mom of Ray and Daughter-in-law Sandra, loving Nan to Nicola, Sally and Kate and special Friend of Angela.
Daisy will be sadly missed by all.
The Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, January 10, 2012, at 2.15pm, at Bushbury Crematorium.
Family flowers only please.
