Passed away peacefully on December 27, aged 53 years.
Funeral Service to be held Thursday, January 5, at 3pm, at Stafford Crematorium. Afterwards at the Pied Piper, Cannock.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Crohn's and Colitis UK, c/o Co-operative Funeral Directors, Cannock or Lynsey Aston.
