Passed away peacefully at home on June 16, 2015, aged 86 years.
Funeral Service at Wombourne Methodist Church on Tuesday, July 7, at 11am, followed by private Burial at Wednesbury.
Family flowers only, donations to Macmillan Nurses accepted with thanks.
Much loved, much missed by all his Family.
