Of Kingswinford, passed away peacefully at The Nuffield Hospital, Tettenhall, on Saturday, December 10, 2011, aged 47 years.

Dearly loved and sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, December 22, at 10.45am, at the Calvary Church, Kingswinford, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium.
