Passed away peacefully on December 6, 2011, aged 94 years at The Lakes Nursing Home, Great Wyrley.

The devoted Wife of the late John (Jack).

She will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

The Service and Commitalwill be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Monday, December 19, at 3.30pm.

Family flowers only please with kind donations in lieu of flowers being shared between Cancer Research UK and Alzheimer's Society.
