Peacefully passed away at Walsall Manor Hospital, on Monday, June 8, 2015, aged 80 years.

The Funeral Service will take place at Streetly Crematorium, in the West Chapel, on Monday, June 29, at 11.15am.

AllFamily and Friends of Reg are welcome at the Service.

Floral tributes or donations, if desired to the Lung and Heart Unit, at the Manor Hospital.
