Husband Les and Family of the late Mrs Phyllis Willetts of St Pauls Road, Netherton, wish to thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for sympathy cards, inquiries, kindness and expressions of sympathy shown to them in their very sad loss and also for the kind donations received for Breast Cancer Awareness.

Special thanks to Pauline, Brian, Ruth, Craig, Tina and Lynn the Nurse for all their help and support.

Many thanks also to everyone at Woodside Day Centre and everyone who attended the Funeral Service and Burial at Rowley Regis Cemetery, on Tuesday, November 29, 2011.
