Passed away at Springfield House Nursing Home, Codsall, on May 15, 2015, aged 94 years.

Leaving lasting fond memories for Husband Jack, Daughter Ann, Sister Roseand all Family members and Friends.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium, on Friday, June 5, 2015, at 2pm.
