Sadly passed away Friday, May 8, 2015, aged 81 years.
Funeral Service to be held Thursday, May 21, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 2.15pm.
Afterwards at the Amery Club, Short Heath.
Donations if desired to the British Heart Foundation.
