PERKS Alan John.

Of Kingswinford, sadly passed away on March 29, 2015, aged 77 years.

Reunited with his beloved Wife Pam, a much loved Dad of Monique, precious Brother of Jackie.

He will be greatly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service will take place at Stourbridge Crematorium, on Thursday, April 16, at 11am.
