Sadly passed away with his loving Family around him on Friday, March 20, 2015.
Aged 77 years.
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015, at Streetly Crematorium, East Chapel, at 1.45pm.
Family flowers only by request.
Donations in lieu of flowers to Child Line please.
Terry will be sadly missed by all.
