Passed peacefully away on October 21, 2011, aged 72 years.

Funeral Service at St Giles' Church, Willenhall, on November 2, at 2pm and then at Bushbury Crematorium at 3pm.

Immediate Family flowers only but donations if desired tothe Royal British Legion c/o

THOMAS ELY, Funeral Directors, Willenhall, or at the Crematorium.
