Died on October 18, 2011, at Russells Hall Hospital after a courageous battle.

Requiem Mass at St Andrew's Church, The Straits, Sedgley, DY3 3AB, on Friday, November 4, 2011, at 10am, followed by Cremation at Gornal Wood Crematorium, at 11.40am.
