Passed away at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, on December 30, 2014, aged 88 years.
Funeral will be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Friday, February 6, 2015, at 2.15pm, followed by Memorial Service at StBartholomew's Church, Penn, at 3pm.
Family flowers only.
