The Family of the late Kim would like to thank everyone for sympathy cards, inquiries, kindness and expressions of sympathy shown to them in their very sad loss, also for floral tributes received and donations and to Trevor Hickton and Staff for all their help and kindness, also to everyone who attended the Funeral Service at St Francis of Assisi Church, Bournville and Lodge Hill Crematorium on Thursday, October 6, 2011.
