Of Kingswinford, passed away peacefully at Russells Hall Hospital, on September 26, 2011, after an illness bravely borne, aged 53 years.

Loved by many, missed by all.

Funeral Service will take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Friday, October 7, at 4.10pm.
