Sadly passed away on Monday, September 1, 2014, aged 67 years.
She will be greatly missed by her Husband Clive, her Family and her Friends.
The Funeral Service is to take place at St Mary's Church, Kingswinford, on Monday, September 29, 2014 at 11.30am.
