Sadly passed away at Compton Hospice, on June 19, 2014, aged 67 years.
Funeral arranged for Tuesday, July 29, at Bushbury Crematorium East Chapel, at 1.45pm.
John will be sadly missed by his loving Wife Mandy, Son Kieran and Daughter Kimberley.
