It is with great sadness that the Family announce her peaceful passing away on Thursday, May 8, after a long and bravely fought illness.

Her Funeral is to be held on Monday, May 19, for a Service at Bryn Seion Presbyterian Chapel at Aberporth, at 11.30am, after which a short Committal Service at Aberystwyth Crematorium, for close Family and Friends only.

There will be a gathering at Cardigan Golf Club after the Church Service, for all those who are able to attend to celebrate Pat's life.

Family flowers only but donations can be sent for Cancer Research to
