Peacefully passed away on April 28, 2014, aged 89 years.
Deeply missed by all Family and Friends.
Funeral Service is to take place at Hurst Green Methodist Church on Monday, May 19, at 2.15pm, followed by Committal at Powke LaneCrematorium.
