After a long illness, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2014, aged 61 years.

Ted will be dearly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service is to take place at St Benedicts Church, Wombourne, on Friday, April 25, 2014, at 11.00am, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium.

Immediate family flowers only.

Donations if desired on the day to Compton Hospice and Cancer Research.
