Of Bilbrook, passed peacefully away on April 18, 2011, aged 85 years, at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton.

Funeral and Committal to take place on Thursday, May 5, at St Nicholas' Church, Codsall, at 2pm.

Afterwards all who knew Derek are welcome to join his Family at The Firs Club in Codsall for refreshments.
