Passed away peacefully at home with his Family, aged 82 years.
The Funeral will take place at Streetly Crematorium, on Friday, May 6, at 11am.
As requested no black to be worn and Family flowers only, donations if desired to Macmillan Nurses c/o THE CO-OPERATIVE FUNERALCARE, Walsall.
