Sadly passed away April 7, 2011, at Sandwell General Hospital, aged 70 years.

Dearly loved and sadly missed by Wife Evelyn.

Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, April 19, at Moxley Methodist Church, followed by Cremation, at Streetly Crematorium.
