Suddenly passed away on March 30, 2011.
Funeral Service and Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, Friday, April 15, at 2.30pm, then afterwards at Bushbury Lane Working Mens Club.
All welcome.

Loved and missed by Wife Denise, Children Maria and Martin, Son-in-law Brent, Daughter-in-law Dawn, Grandchildren Dylan and Olivia and Family and Friends.
