Passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 3, 2011, at the Sycamores Nursing Home, aged 82 years.
Sadly missed by Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday, April 19, at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel, 11.30am.
Donations can be made in memory of Ann to the Sycamores Nursing Home, c/o JENNINGS Funeral Directors. Bilston. 01902 497101.
