Passed away on December 13, 2010, aged 42 years.

Funeral Service to be held on December 23, 2010, leaving from Mom's home at 1.30pm to Gornal Wood Crematorium for 2.10pm.

Flowers accepted and afterwards all welcome to celebrate Paul's life at Quarry Bank Liberal Club.
