Passed away suddenly on November 27, 2010, at New Cross Hospital, aged 63 years.
Funeral Service to be held at St. Leonard's Church, Bilston, on Friday, December 10, 2010, at 3pm, followed by Cremation at 4.10pm, Gornal Wood Crematorium.
