Passed away Monday, November 29, 2010, aged 70 years, at St Giles' Hospice, Litchfield.
Funeral Service to take place on Monday, December 13, at 1.30pm, at St Andrew's Church, Bentley, followed by Cremation in the West Chapel, Bushbury, at 2.30pm.
