Passed away at home, on November 20, 2010, aged 76 years.

Service to be held at St. Thomas' Church, Wednesfield, on Thursday, December 9, at 10.15am, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium at 11am.

Family flowers only, donations to St. Thomas' Church, Wednesfield.

Everyone welcome afterwards to Goodyear Pavilion.
