The Funeral Service will take place at St Thomas' Church, Wednesfield on Thursday, December 2, 2010, at 11.15am, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel at 12 noon.
Flowers to Jennings Funeral Directors, Horseley Field or donations to St Thomas' Church.
