Passed away peacefully at his home on November 21, 2010, aged 78 years.

Jack will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place at St. Mark's Church, GreatWyrley, on Tuesday, November 30, 2010, at 10am, followed by Burial at Great Wyrley Cemetery.

Flowers welcome or donations if desired to Short Street Community Centre, Brownhills for Autistic Adults c/o the Funeral Home.

Jack is now resting in ourprivate Chapel of Repose at HALLIWELL FUNERAL SERVICE 70 Hednesford Road Heath Hayes WS12 3EA 01543 459200.
