Passed away suddenly on Saturday, October 2, 2010, aged 67 years.

Much loved and sadly missed by Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at St James' Church, Brownhills, on Thursday, October 14, 2010, commencing at 12.30pm, followed by Burial at Barnetts Lane Cemetery.

Family flowers only by request, donations if wished to The British Heart Foundation.
