Sadly passed away at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton, on Tuesday, August 24, 2010, aged 73 years.
The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, September 9, at Christ Church, Blakenall at 12 noon, followed by Cremation at Streetly Crematorium.
