Passed away suddenly on August 2, 2010, aged 55 years at Russells Hall Hospital.

Will be sadly missed by Son Richard, Mom Thelma, Dad Ray, Sister Penny, Brother-in-law Roy and Niece Ellie.

The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, August 12 at Gornal Wood Crematorium at 1.30pm.
