Passed away at his home on January 29, 2014, aged 46 years.

The devoted Husband of Carol, and beloved Dad of Peter, Claire, Katie and Josh. Also a loving Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend.

Service will be held at St Thomas Church, Huntington on Monday, February 17, 2014, at 11am, followed by Committal at Stafford Crematorium.

Family flowers only donations to M.S.Society c/o Funeral Directors.
