Passed away at home on June 25, 2010, aged 78 years.

Will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place in All Saints Church, on Thursday, July 8, at 12 noon, followed by Committal at West Bromwich Crematorium, at 1pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to be divided between Crossroads, The British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research. Cheques payable to Mrs H Y Noake.
