Passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 9, 2013, aged 77 years.

Reunited with beloved Wife Doreen.

Service to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at 12.20pm.

Family flowers only.

Donations to The British Lung Foundation on the day.

He was always unselfish, helpful and kind, what beautiful memories he left behind.

Rest in peace Dad.
