CHANDLER Ivy.
Sadly, Ivy Chandler passed away on December 31, 2012, at Walsall Manor Hospital.
Ivy's Cremation will be held at Streetly Crematorium, West Chapel, on Monday, January 21, at 11am.
No flowers please, the Family request that all donations go to either Cancer Research UK or The Alzheimer's Research UK.
Ivy will be sadly missed by all her loving Family.
