Passed away December 20, 2012, aged 66 years, will be greatly missed.

Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at St Mark's Church, Ocker Hill, at 2.00pm, followed by Burial in the Churchyard.

All are welcome afterwards to 'Zakkas' The Golden Lion Public House, Bradley, Bilston.
