Passed away peacefully on December 16, 2012, aged 78 years.

Sadly missed by Daughter Kim and Son-in-law Adrian, Sister Beryl, Brothers John and Geoff, Nigel and Jane, Debbie and Gary.

Funeral Service and Committal tobe held at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel, on Monday, January 7, at 11am.
