Passed away peacefully on the December 14, 2012, at home surrounded by the Family he loved.

Partner of Debbie, devoted Dad to Lisa, Ade, Laura, Sam, Josh and Jak, Grandad to Kaylum, Esme, Lyra and Elijah.

Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, December 27, 2012, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 3.30pm.
