Passed away peacefully at Sandwell District Hospital with Family by her side on Monday, December 10, 2012, aged 69 years.

Was dearly loved and will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to beheld at St Paul's Church, Woodgreen Road, Wednesbury, West Midlands, on Friday, 21 December, at 10.45am, following on for Committal at Heath Lane Cemetery, West Bromwich, at 11.30am.

All Family and Friends welcome.
