Passed away suddenly, December 1, 2012, aged 67 years.

To be received into St Joseph's Church, Burntwood, at 5pm, Monday, December 17.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St Joseph's, Tuesday, December18, followed by a Cremation at Streetly, 12.45pm.

Family flowers only by request, donations for the continuing work of St Joseph's Church will be accepted by Funeral Directors
